Reporting to Chief Diversity Officer. Responsible for budget oversight, day-to-day operations, organization development and design, staff training and (leadership) development of the Office of the Assistant to the President for Institutional Diversity and Equity. Office is responsible for providing subject matter expertise around diversity and inclusive practices including compliance functions related to University Disability Services, Title IX, and Affirmative Action/ Equal Employment Opportunity.
