Reporting to President. Responsible for budget oversight, supervision of five administrative departments: Faculty Diversity & Development, Student Resource Centers, Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship Program, Office of Inclusive Leadership. Responsible for providing subject matter expertise around diversity, equity, and inclusion and aligning vision with strategic plan of the college as well as campaign priority areas.
